Frank Nyhan B.C.L Solicitor, Notary Public
Frank Nyhan qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and has practised in the Mallow area since then.
He acted as State Solicitor for Cork North East from 1997-2013 when he was promoted to the position of State Solicitor for Cork City.
Frank is involved in all areas of general practice and has extensive experience in all aspects of Litigation, Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator.
Nora O’Donoghue, M.I.L.E.X.
Nora O'Donoghue is an experienced Legal Executive and is the Office Manager. She is responsible for all administration and accounts.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of Litigation and is responsible for the management of all State work within both offices.
Helena Hickey, B.C.L. Solicitor
Helena Hickey is a graduate of University College Cork. She qualified as solicitor in 2006 and joined the firm in 2008 having trained and worked in Dublin in a Commercial Practice.
Helena has obtained a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing and a Certificate in Trust and Estate Planning with the Law Society of Ireland.
She works in all areas of General Practice dealing predominantly in Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing and Probate. She is also responsible for Practice and Risk Management in the office.
Cormac Nyhan, Solicitor
Cormac Nyhan is a graduate of University of Limerick and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. He works across all areas of General Practice dealing primarily in Property, Debt Collection and Litigation.
Joanne Hayes, Legal Secretary
Joanne Hayes is an experienced Legal Secretary. She is responsible for the administration of all criminal files within the office and her duties include dealing with clients and solicitors on a daily basis.
